Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions our support desk receives most, grouped the way people actually ask them. Every answer here is written to be complete in itself, and links onward when a topic needs a full page.
General usage
Fill in the registration form on this site with your name, email address and phone number, then confirm the email we send you. The whole process takes about two minutes, and a personal manager calls you within 24 hours to help with the next steps.
No. The platform is designed for people without professional trading experience, and the automation carries the day-to-day work. Your personal manager explains every setting before anything is switched on, and the guides in the Learn section cover the rest at your pace.
Yes. The dashboard, reports and settings all work on a modern phone browser, and every alert we send is written to be readable on a small screen first. Many of our users manage their accounts entirely from a phone.
No. There is no monthly platform fee on any plan. The amounts quoted for Basic, Advanced and Premium are your trading capital, and the costs that do exist are listed openly on the Fees & pricing page.
Fees and results
Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and the forex spread starts from 0.8. Deposits and withdrawals by NIP, Visa, Mastercard and OPay are free. Every applicable fee is shown before you confirm a transaction.
Fees for each transaction are displayed on the confirmation screen before you approve it, and your account history keeps a running record. The full schedule, including the rare third-party costs, is on the Fees & pricing page.
No, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Trading produces losses as well as gains, including total loss of the capital you invest. What we commit to is honest reporting of both, never a promise of either.
Features and using the platform
The engine watches the markets continuously, looks for short-term patterns using probability-based analysis, and executes according to the strategy settings you choose. It also has risk controls that can pause trading when markets become excessively volatile.
Yes. You decide which pairs are monitored, the timeframes, the exposure limits and whether alerts are sent for every action or only the important ones. Ready-made strategies can be used as-is or adjusted.
Every open and close can generate an alert, and the weekly summary explains the week in plain sentences. If trading pauses because of volatility, you hear about that too, with the reason.
At any time, from the settings panel. Changes take effect on the next engine cycle, and your personal manager will walk through any change with you if you prefer.
Risks
Yes. All trading carries risk, including the loss of part or all of your deposit, and automation does not change that. The Risk disclosure page explains each risk in plain language and what you can do about it.
Your exposure limits and daily stand-down levels, which you set, decide what a fall costs you. The engine follows those settings exactly, and volatility pauses happen when conditions become extreme.
No. Risk can be managed and limited, never removed. Anyone offering you a market position without risk is not describing this or any other real market.
Security and your account
Two-factor authentication, encrypted data in transit and storage, login alerts for new devices, session control with one-click revoke, and an append-only audit log of everything that happens on your account. The full list is on the Security page.
Your trading capital sits with the regulated venues and service providers that execute the trades, connected through the platform. Naija AI is not a bank and does not take deposits onto its own balance sheet.
Do not click, do not reply, and do not share any code. Forward it to [email protected] with "fraud report" in the subject, and read the Fraud warning page so you can recognise clones quickly.
Only if you give them your credentials, which you should never do. Accounts are personal, verification ties each one to one identity, and sharing access breaches the Terms of Use.
Help and support
Write to [email protected] with what you expected, what happened and the time it happened. Technical issues get a first reply within one working hour during support hours, and you are never left without a status answer for more than a day.
Tell your personal manager; that is exactly what the setup call and the relationship afterwards are for. Most setting mistakes are harmless and reversible, and a five-minute call usually puts them right.
The support desk answers Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 WAT, excluding public holidays. Payment and account-access questions are prioritised within that window.
More to read
New users usually benefit from three pages in order: Getting started for the setup walkthrough, Deposit & withdrawal methods before the first transfer, and the Risk disclosure before the first trade. The Articles page adds trading psychology and common mistakes when you are ready.
Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AML / KYC policy, Withdrawal policy and the complaints procedure all live under Documents in the menu, written to be read rather than skipped.
Did not find your question? Write to [email protected] or register, and your personal manager will answer it on the setup call.
