Same rails both ways
Card and OPay withdrawals return to the same source you deposited from. This is a security measure against stolen-card funding, and it is why we ask you to choose your main method deliberately on the activation call.
Business days apply
Requests are processed on business days. A withdrawal submitted on Friday evening starts processing on Monday morning, and card refunds always follow your bank's own working calendar.
Verified details only
The account name on your withdrawal must match the verified name on your Naija AI account. Mismatched details are the most common cause of delays and are covered in full in the Withdrawal policy.
