Customer Support Specialist
Answer user questions by email and phone about accounts, deposits, withdrawals and platform features. You will need patient, exact English, genuine curiosity about how things work, and the discipline to say "I will find out" instead of guessing. Experience in fintech support is welcome but not required; we train from scratch.
Compliance and KYC Analyst
Review verification documents, monitor account activity and keep our records audit-ready under applicable Nigerian requirements. Suitable for a careful graduate or a banker looking to move into technology; attention to detail matters more here than speed.
Market Data Analyst
Track price behaviour across the assets the engine trades, write the weekly plain-language market summaries our users read, and flag patterns worth investigating. Strong statistics or economics background and clear writing in English are the core requirements.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Run performance campaigns, landing page experiments and partnership programmes across Nigerian channels. You will own budgets, so honesty with numbers and reporting is non-negotiable. Portfolio of campaigns you have actually run counts more than certificates.
Risk Operations Officer
